use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are
responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do
not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the
App. The materials contained in this App are protected by applicable
copyright and trademark law.
You must not interfere with or disrupt app or servers or networks
connected to Appkruti Solutions LLP. such as the transmission of worms,
viruses, or any code of a destructive nature applicable local, state,
national or international law. You must not copy, create a
derivative work of, nor modify another app to falsely imply that it is
associated with this app. You may not use this app for any illegal or
unauthorised purpose. International users agree to comply with all
local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You must
not, in using app, intentionally or unintentionally violate any
application local, state, national or international law.
You agree that Application Provider may collect and use technical data
and related information, including but not limited to technical
information about Your device, system and application software, and
peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision
of software updates, product support and other services to You (if any)
related to the Licensed Application. Application Provider may use this
information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally
identify You, to improve its products or to provide services or
technologies to You.
Certain functions of the app will require an active internet
connection, but Appkruti Solutions LLP. cannot take responsibility for
the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have a working
internet connection or data allowance.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should
remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network
provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your
mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection
while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the
app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including
roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory
(i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are
not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please
be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill
payer for using the app.

the App at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable

disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality,
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Appkruti Solutions LLP. be liable for any loss or
damages (including without limitation of any direct, indirect,
punitive, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage):
- Data or Loss of Data;
- Access to the Service or inability to access to the Service;
- Any third party's conduct, content, information or data;
- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever,
resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to
access and use) the App, including, without limitation, making private
content public or any damage caused to your computer or software or
information stored thereon;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of the App and/or any and all personal, private, and/ or other information stored therein.
Appkruti Solutions LLP. reserves the right to change or modify
these Terms of User at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting
changes at app. Your continued use of this app will constitute your
acceptance of such changes or modifications, what constitutes a
“material change” will be determined at our sole discretion, in good
faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
